In order to create a procedural city from that references Fallout Boston Harbor I made a couple procedural materials with a similar style.
Between the buildings swirl some roads, these got a procedural material that has a worn down road. The amount of wear and tear can be reduced or increased procedurally.
These brick walls have procedural bricks in width, height, amount, grout, moss and the shattered glass.
I applied to some basic shape buildings that are procedurally generated on a grid based placing script.
